I have been working with Pam for some time and she has provided me with a solid foundation and tools to navigate through life's challenges. H.G. Wells said history is a race between education and catastrophe. This quote makes me think of Pam. Sometimes the human experience embodies the same lesson. Pam helps me choose education, awareness, humility, gratitude and the higher good over repeating old, righteous, toxic and addictive behaviors that felt impossible to change before I began studying with her. Change is not sexy. The process of changing is ugly. Pam has been there for me through all of the ugly. She has helped me find my value and the higher purpose when I could not find it on my own, and all I knew how to do was create catastrophes. I often call her magic, because to me that is magic. A great coach is someone that listens to you, helps you, allows a person to vent, and doesn't lose their patience. These are all the qualities Pam has and more. She has taught me how to look at things differently in a more positive and brighter way. I would stress about people hating me, my work drowning me and my love life. Pam has taught me how to manage my stress and to love myself. If it wasn't for her, I would still be the girl trapped under my blankets crying, while listening to Morrissey.
